  • Some functionalities on the website may not work correctly.
  • Some links lead to the old version of the Statistical Office in Kielce Information Portal (temporary solution).
  • Not all messages that appear are automatically read by screen readers.
  • The English version of the website may contain messages and descriptions in Polish.
  • Some messages may not be fully clear to the user.
  • There are areas where the focus order is incorrect or where the focus indicator does not meet contrast requirements.
  • After using a skip link to jump to the content, the system currently has an issue with scrolling back to the top of the page when using the keyboard.

Architectural accessibility

Statistical Office in Kielce, 2 Zygmunta Wróblewskiego Street, 25-369 Kielce

  1. A directional road sign has been placed at the intersection leading to the Office. The walkway to the building is paved and has lowered kerbs. In front of the building there is one designated parking space for persons with disabilities.
  2. The building has one main entrance from 2 Zygmunta Wróblewskiego Street. Stairs lead from the outside to the main hall located on the raised ground floor. On the right side of the stairs there is a platform lift operated by an Office employee, who can be called using a button.
  3. The building consists of four floors. Circulation routes (stairs and corridors) have been adapted for persons with visual impairments. Glass partitions and doors are marked with contrasting elements.
  4. An information point with a lowered counter is located to the right of the main entrance. All customer service rooms (REGON and Information Desk) are located on the raised ground floor. They are equipped with lowered counters.
  5. A restroom for persons with disabilities is located on the lower ground floor near the emergency exit. It is equipped with a baby changing table, an assistance call button, and visual and audible emergency signalling.

Statistical Office in Kielce – Sandomierz Branch, 5 Wacława Jakubowskiego Street, 27-600 Sandomierz

  1. The Branch is located in a building owned by the Guild of Craftsmen and Entrepreneurs. Stairs and a ramp for persons with mobility impairments lead to the building.
  2. The Office rooms are located on the first floor and are not adapted to the needs of persons with mobility impairments (stairs, no lift) or to the needs of blind and visually impaired persons (the building has no Braille signs, Totupoint markers, contrasting markings or large-print information).

 

Communication and information accessibility

  1. The Office provides access to a video interpreter service for Polish Sign Language and the signed language system. The service is available on Mondays from 8:00 to 18:00 and from Tuesday to Friday from 8:00 to 15:00.
  2. All customer service rooms (REGON and Information Desk) are equipped with induction loops.
  3. The Information Desk includes a children's corner and a quiet space.
  4. Assistance dogs and guide dogs are allowed in the building and in all customer service areas.
