Letter of Intent between Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce and the Statistical Office in Kielce
On 24 November 2025, a letter of intent was signed expressing the parties’ willingness to establish cooperation in the implementation of tasks arising from the project “Regional Socio-Economic Observatory – an Innovative Analytical Tool to Support Regional Policies and Monitor the Quality of Life in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodship”, which is seeking funding under the Science for the Development of Society competition.

Cooperation Agreement with the Professor Edward Lipiński Academy of Applied Sciences in Kielce
On 21 October 2025, a Cooperation Agreement was signed between the Professor Edward Lipiński Academy of Applied Sciences in Kielce, represented by its Rector, Dr Tadeusz Dziekan, and the Statistical Office in Kielce, represented by Ewa Tomczyk, Director of the Statistical Office. The purpose of the agreement is to cooperate in organising and co-organising scientific and educational events, co-organising the Statistical Olympiad, co-organising other educational initiatives, and arranging student internships.

Cooperation Agreement with Kielce University of Technology
On 6 October 2025, a Cooperation Agreement was signed between Kielce University of Technology, represented by His Magnificence Rector, Prof. Zbigniew Koruba, DSc, Eng., and the Statistical Office in Kielce, represented by Ewa Tomczyk, Director of the Statistical Office. The purpose of the agreement is to cooperate in organising and co-organising scientific and educational events, co-organising the Statistical Olympiad and co-organising the StatMat competition.

On 13 February 2025, a Cooperation Agreement and a Cooperation Contract were signed between Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce, represented by its Rector, Prof. Beata Wojciechowska, and the Statistical Office in Kielce, represented by Ewa Tomczyk, Acting Director of the Statistical Office. The purpose of the agreement is to cooperate in organising joint initiatives and in the areas of teaching, research and academic activities.

Cooperation Agreement with Narodowy Bank Polski (NBP)
On 25 July 2023, a Cooperation Agreement was signed between Narodowy Bank Polski, with its registered office in Warsaw, acting through Wojciech Górski, Director of the NBP Regional Branch in Kielce, and the Statistical Office in Kielce, represented by Ewa Tomczyk, Acting Director of the Statistical Office. The purpose of the agreement is to facilitate knowledge sharing and cooperation in organising initiatives in the areas of training, education and promotion, as well as to provide access to statistical information necessary for socio-economic analyses and to carry out joint research projects.

Cooperation Agreement with the Świętokrzyska Media Group
On 9 March 2023, a Cooperation Agreement was signed between the Świętokrzyska Media Group and the Statistical Office in Kielce. The purpose of the agreement is to undertake joint projects aimed at promoting information about statistical surveys and their results, as well as expanding the reach of statistical information to a wider audience.

Cooperation Agreement with the Foundation for the Development of Local Democracy
On 9 September 2021, a Cooperation Agreement was signed between the Foundation for the Development of Local Democracy – Kielce Centre and the Statistical Office in Kielce. The purpose of the agreement is to jointly implement scientific research and research and development projects, undertake activities aimed at increasing the interest of public- and private-sector entities in the activities of the Parties, and facilitate the free exchange of knowledge and experience.

Cooperation Agreement with the Regional Blood Donation and Blood Therapy Centre in Kielce
On 14 June 2019, a Cooperation Agreement was signed between the Regional Blood Donation and Blood Therapy Centre in Kielce and the Statistical Office in Kielce. The purpose of the agreement is to promote knowledge about public statistics resources and undertake joint initiatives to promote health, particularly in the areas of blood donation and blood therapy.

Cooperation Agreement with the Municipality of Kielce
On 29 May 2019, a Cooperation Agreement was signed between the Municipality of Kielce and the Statistical Office in Kielce. The purpose of the agreement is to establish a partnership aimed at obtaining, collecting, processing and sharing information on the socio-economic situation of Kielce and the Kielce Functional Area, as well as conducting joint analytical and research activities.

On 17 October 2018, a Cooperation Agreement was signed between the Faculty of Management and Computer Modelling of Kielce University of Technology and the Statistical Office in Kielce. The purpose of the agreement is to cooperate and work together to develop and promote statistical education and public statistics information resources among the Faculty's staff and students.

On 13 September 2017, a Cooperation Agreement was signed between the Faculty of Law of the Professor E. Lipiński School of Economics, Law and Medical Sciences in Kielce and the Statistical Office in Kielce. The purpose of the agreement is to cooperate and work together to develop statistical education and promote public statistics information resources among the Faculty of Law's staff and students.

Cooperation Agreement with the Education Authority in Kielce
On 23 July 2013, a Cooperation Agreement was signed between the Education Authority in Kielce and the Statistical Office in Kielce. The purpose of the cooperation is to promote knowledge of economic and social phenomena among children and young people in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodship and to assess competencies in the practical use of the resources provided by the official statistics services.

On 8 November 2012, a Cooperation Agreement was signed between the Bolesław Markowski University of Commerce and Business in Kielce and the Statistical Office in Kielce. The purpose of the agreement is to cooperate in scientific research, undertake joint initiatives such as organising scientific conferences, training sessions and seminars, and cooperate in providing opportunities for student internships.

Cooperation Agreement with the Jan Kochanowski University of Humanities and Sciences in Kielce
On 13 January 2011, a Cooperation Agreement was signed between the Jan Kochanowski University of Humanities and Sciences in Kielce, Statistics Poland and the Statistical Office in Kielce. The purpose of the agreement is to foster long-term, multifaceted cooperation in developing and improving the regional statistics system, including through the exchange of information, conducting research and methodological work, carrying out statistical analyses and preparing academic studies, as well as jointly publishing research findings. The agreement also provides for initiatives aimed at developing modern analytical support for public authorities in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodship.
