Scientific Conference “From Diversity to Inclusion: Organisational Dimensions and Research Areas”
On 16 September 2025, a national scientific conference was held, bringing together experts, researchers and practitioners from across Poland. The event provided a platform for an in-depth analysis of the challenges and opportunities associated with building inclusive organisations and societies.
Participants attended inspiring presentations showcasing the latest research findings and good practices. Discussions focused, among other things, on diversity in the workplace and its impact on innovation, the challenges of implementing inclusion policies in public and private organisations, the role of education in overcoming stereotypes and fostering openness, as well as social transformations that require a new approach to equality issues.
