REGON Register Services
The rules for entering, updating or removing entities from the REGON Register are specified in the provisions of the Act on Official Statistics (Journal of Laws of 2026, item 851) and in the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 30 November 2015 on the method and methodology of maintaining and updating the National Official Business Register, as well as the templates of applications, questionnaires and certificates (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 2009, as amended).
Matters related to the National Official Business Register REGON, including:
- accepting and registering applications for entry,
- making changes or deleting entries in the REGON Register,
- issuing certificates confirming the assignment of a REGON number (application for issuing a REGON certificate),
- providing information on the procedure for registering an entity in the REGON Register, are handled at:

Certificates confirming the assignment of a REGON number
Pursuant to Article 43(3) of the Act on Official Statistics, statistical offices issue certificates confirming the assigned REGON identification number at the request of an entity entered in the REGON Register.
Applications for issuing certificates may be submitted in person at the Office, sent by post, submitted via e-mail or through e-Deliveries.
