Information for Persons Using an Assistance Dog or Guide Dog
When entering the premises of the Statistical Office in Kielce with an assistance dog, please report its presence at the Information Desk on the ground floor of the building.
You must have a certificate confirming the status of the assistance dog and a document confirming that the required veterinary vaccinations have been carried out.
The assistance dog must wear a harness. The words “assistance dog” must be displayed on the harness in a visible place.
You do not have to keep the assistance dog on a leash or put a muzzle on it.
Please remember that as the owner you are responsible for your dog and are fully liable for any damage caused by the dog on the premises of the Office.
After your visit, an employee of the Statistical Office in Kielce whom you have contacted will accompany you to the Information Desk or, if necessary, will help you leave the building.
You may inform us about your visit in advance by telephone, e-mail, SMS or MMS.
